"Congratulations on passing the MS-100 exam: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services"

I took the MS-100 exam and I passed it successfully, when I enter the platform it generates the message "Congratulations on passing the MS-100 exam: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services", but 2 weeks have passed and I cannot find the certificate, just I see other certificates from other exams

We understand you approved the MS-100 Exam and do not see the Certification in Your Dashboard past the estimated time frame.

Please keep in mind that the Exam is one of the two conditions to be certified as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification.

The required exams for this Certification are the following:

At the same time, you one of these prerequisites:

 

The passed exams will be listed in your Transcript and are eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, the Microsoft Certified: “Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert” Certification will be received once all exams and prerequisites are completed.

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
