Congratulations, you are eligible for an exam discount - Unable to redeem
Hello,
I received an email " Congratulations, you are eligible for an exam discount" but when i attempt to redeem i am presented with 'No discount available".
If you are redeeming a discount from attending a Microsoft event, please be advised that our engineering team are aware of the issue in claiming the discount for Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge March 2021 and Virtual Training Days.

In the event that you are still unable to view the discount, please provide us with a complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until it shows no discount available and attach it via private message so we can forward this to our Support team for investigation. Also include the confirmation email for completing the event if you have attended.
