Corporate 50% Discount question

My company has a 50% discount code when booking Microsoft/Azure exams. These apply without issues and we have been using on previous exams.

The question I have is that as far as I can see there are no terms and conditions linked to these, can we use as many as we like or are they capped at a certain threshold?

Or if this is not fixed and differ on a per company basis where can I find the information that tells me how many of these vouchers we have.

Would much appreciate any constructive answers, thanks.

Answer

Hi RockSteadyEddie,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I value your support for the Microsoft exams and your participation in the ESI Learner program. I understand the significance of taking an exam with a discount. Allow me to give you the essential information you need.

Please be advised that effective January 16, 2023, if you are utilizing an ESI Discount; all learners are limited to having no more than two exams scheduled. It is advisable that you must take the exam first and schedule another Microsoft Certification exam after each one you take or cancel. This policy was implemented to help each learner have a better chance at success and to help make space for other learners.

In response to your second query, rest assured that as long as your company maintains its partnership with Microsoft under the ESI Program, you will continue to enjoy a 50% discount on each exam you take. This benefit extends to all employees of the company, for as long as you are part of the organization.

For more specific details, rest assured that the ESI Support Team is always available to provide comprehensive information, as they are the ones that handle the company discount. Their contact details are provided below for your convenience:
