Could not start the exam

Hi 

I have scheduled an online exam(AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) with Pearson Vue on 25 Mar 2021. However, I could not start the exam when I logged in even before 30 mins of the exam schedule and saw a message, "The check-in window for this exam is now closed."

It appears that there's a technical issue encountered on the check-in process, In this case, I would recommend contacting the exam provider so they can create a ticket for you.

 

Note that only the exam vendor has visibility of the available slots/date for when you can reschedule your exam. They will also assist you on how to avoid this issue in the future.
