CPE Azure Training Completion Verification

Hi

I am being audited by ISACA (a professional body) for my CISA qualification, and as part of the audit, they required proof of completion of all CPEs listed.

I completed two training events Data Fundamentals and AI Fundamentals that require verification that I completed the course and associated CPEs hours. Would someone be able to sign and verify the two forms attached for the respective courses?

The deadline for me to send back is 5th Aug, so if you can send it back to me by the 4th Aug that would be appreciated.

Happy to share the email request from ISACA or any other details in an email to the relevant team.
