Creating live account immediate error

Trying to create a live account for my child so we can play Minecraft together.

When I go to create an account from a search link or the Microsoft sign in page it immediately gives the error the custom error module does not recognize this error

Happens on multiple devices and multiple browsers, cleared cookies and shutoff vpn’s and antivirus.

Bit odd, is this not working today?
