Creating MS Learning account with email for MCPD certification from 2007 - exams missing

Hello, this is really important for me but I can't get my head around how to resolve it without MS help. I do have MCPD certification from 2007 and did a number of tests to attain it. I have the actual certificate paper with my email and MCP ID on it. Still, when I create a Microsoft/Microsoft Learning account with that same email the system won't recognise my achievements. I do have another MCP Learning account from 2014 where my Dynamics CRM certificate does show up, it's with another email (gmail). I would like both to be merged into the gmail one and count towards the Microsoft Partner programme (where I have associated the gmail MS account already). Thank you.

Hi BogdanHristovABV,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

With the details that you provided, I have confirmed that your missing certifications are on your duplicate profile. No worries, I already consolidated it to your preferred MC ID. All your hard earned certificates are now in one account.

For you to view your certificates, please follow the steps provided below and use the information that I sent on private message.

1. Please visit the Member Site.

2. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to associate with your profile.

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID (please see private message) to have your Microsoft account associated with your certification record.

After this process you are not required to repeat these steps again and you can use your Microsoft account and password each time that you log in. Also, to keep your account active, please make sure to access your profile once every 12 months.

I also sent you a copy of your transcript to your preferred email address. Note that you can also obtain a copy of it together with your badges and certificates by visiting Your Dashboard.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question below so that other learners can benefit. Additionally, please take our short survey to let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve.

Please confirm by selecting “Yes” within 2 business days, otherwise the thread will be automatically closed and be locked. Please be aware that after a case is locked, we will not be able to respond, even on private messages. If your concerns were not fully resolved, please post a new question so that we may proceed in assisting you.

Hello BogdanHristovABV,

For us to check on it further, please provide all the requested information on the private message that I initiated. Refer to the image below:

Your account might have been temporarily disabled due to inactivity if you have not signed in to your profile within 12 months. There is also a chance that a duplicate profile was made when you created a new account on the Member Site with the same email that you used before. If this is the case, the best option that we can do is to consolidate your accounts for you to have all your certificates in one place.

Also, if you want to associate your Partners account to your Certification Profile, please contact Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) support. See contact details below:

Phone: 800-676-7658

Chat: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support

Hours: Monday 6:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time

In case there is no response received after 2 business days, the case will be closed and locked.
