Credly Acclaim badge

Hello,

I completed my Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification yesterday.

I'm trying to add my Microsoft 365 fundamentals badge to the Credly Acclaim website from the Microsoft Certification platform. When I click on the accept option underneath the badge, I keep getting the error below. I created a Credly Acclaim login account and I contacted their support team but they told me to contact yourselves since I took the exam under Pearson VUE. They also stated they have no record of my certification badge under my name or email address.

***********

Are you able to assist me in resolving this problem?

Kind Regards,

Faris *******

Hi Santiago,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I've logged into to Acclaim though the link you provided but its still showing that I have no badges. I also went back into the Certification dashboard and that is also bringing up the same error message that I showed you before when I try to accept the badge. I initially booked the exam with PearsonVUE.

Do I need to contact the Acclaim team again or is this with yourselves? I've just replied to your private message.

Regards,

Faris
