Credly badge for Microsoft certification showing as unverified

Hi team,

I earned the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) certification. The badge is visible on my Microsoft Learn profile. But when I view the badge on my Credly profile, it shows as “Unverified.” Can you please help push this badge to Credly so it shows as a verified credential?

Thank you so much!

Hello, Akanksha G.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that your Certification Badges appears as 'unverified'on your Credly Account.

Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly are no longer available for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all of the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:

For additional information regarding the changes on our platform, please refer to the link below:

If you obtained certifications by passing Exams with Certiport, and the respective Badges are not visible, you must contact their support team.

For this please refer to the links below:

We hope this is useful to you, if there is anything else we can do for you, please do not hesitate to keep in contact with us.

If no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.
