Dear I forget my credentials

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

My name is *********, and I have passed multiple Microsoft certification exams, but I have lost access to my original Microsoft certification account and the email used.

Here are my known exam details for your verification:

Exam 1:

Exam Name: Administering Windows Server ******

Date: Approx. *****

Score: ********

Candidate ID: *******

Exam 2:

Exam Name: Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint Server *******

Date: *******

Score: **********

Registration ID: ********

Site Number: ***********

Unfortunately, I no longer remember the Microsoft account/email or password, and I have no access to any recovery email. Kindly assist me in recovering access to my Microsoft certification profile or help me retrieve my certificates and transcript.

I can provide additional ID or documents if needed.

Thank you,

Hi Team,

I need urgent help recovering access to my Microsoft certification portal. I’ve forgotten the ID and password of the account that was registered and had all my certification details. Unfortunately, I also can’t remember the credentials of an alternate account I might have used.

I’ve already shared my personal details in this forum previously. Is there any way you can help me recover or access my certification records?

I’m ready to provide any verification details required. Please guide me on what steps I should take next.

Thanks in advance for your support!

Best regards,

*********

Hello, Vampire Vampire1.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

According to your request, we understand that you need recover the access to your account for your certificates. We're here to help with that.

We’re providing this information because of recent updates to our internal policies. We are sorry for your inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we cannot recover your certificates in this situation. Due to internal security policies, we are unable to help recover accounts where access has been lost, as each user must maintain access to their own credentials.

In this situation, we kindly request that you log in or attempt to log in using the Microsoft accounts (MSAs) you’ve previously created. By doing so, you’ll be able to access and locate your Certificates.

If you’ve ever set up a profile with an MSA and obtained certifications, they should still be associated with that same email address. Please try logging in with any email addresses you remember using the following link: Sign in to your account (microsoftonline.com)

If you are unable to access your account, we kindly recommend you create a request here: Recover your account.
For further assistance, you can use this link: Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password.

Alternatively, we suggest creating an account with a personal email for future certifications. Avoid using corporate or educational emails, as recovering credentials from these can be challenging if access is lost. Always use personal emails.

NOTEWith the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address, merge, migrate certificates or email used to access their Learn profiles: New!
