Delay on Purchasing of Exam Voucher from Mind Hub

I have a disheartening complain about Mind hub providing voucher and giving replies to their customer. I'm from Nigeria wanting to purchase Microsoft PowerBI Data Analyst Associate Voucher on Mind hub, the fee am supposed to pay is $22 i.e. (already been verified as a student which is 45% off my exam fee of $80, that's $44 as well i also have 50% voucher from Data camp, all together that is $22). Purchasing the $22 voucher from mind hub seems not possible for me, in lieu of this, i messaged their customer care to help accredit my account as a student and also provide me a voucher totaling that amount. This message has been sent for the past weeks now and nothing has been done to it, their customer care kept on saying it'll be addressed to, this is extremely disheartening.

I'll like Microsoft to kindly look onto this issue, there should be a way Microsoft will also regulate Mind hub as to providing Exam Voucher to those restricted countries. This is getting too much, and it's affecting me generally on writing the exam, has i don't have any other means of paying for the Exam.

I'll really be glad if this can be addressed on time as to assist on writing my Microsoft PowerBI Data Analyst Associate Exam.
