Develop generative AI solutions with Azure OpenAI Service completed all task in the lab but still only 50% marks

I attempted to develop generative AI solutions with Azure OpenAI Service but encountered complications. After completing all 4 tasks, the system only showed a mark of 50%.

All there code base task where showing failed. After completion do we have upload something or how to make sure task are summited successfully.

Am I I missing something here?

I do encounter few mistakes while coding but it's kinda natural process code debug test and repeat. I got all four results as per given instructions. Please help me out.
