Did not allow to enter exam due to LNU issue

Attention Customer Support:

Since I do not have family name, I asked for a support to remove my family name from my Certification profile on September 30, 2020.

Since the family name is mandatory information in the profile, from the support team, Prince (support engineer) replied to change my Last name to LNU. (LNU - Last Name Unavailable)

So currently, the name Certification profile is Nasiha LNU. 

Today (15-Oct-2020), I have scheduled an exam but since the Nasiha LNU is not matched with My ID (Nasiha), they rejected me to enter the exam room.

Because of this, I lost time and money .

Since this exam is very important for my job, I need to take it.

Do you know can I proceed for taking the exam? or How can I reschedule?

The first Pearson Vue person(Richat) that I talked to, said that I will not be able to take the exam without changing the last name Since they are considering LNU as a last name Contradictory to what the support engineer advised.

So I am very disappointed with this unprofessional way of handling such an important examination process especially for Microsoft !?

I hope I will get reasonable compensation for losing my time and money as well as to complete my examination soon.

Since you do not have a family name, You can just mention “_” (underscore) in last name.
