Did not Microsoft Ignite Data Analyst Challenge Voucher

Hi Team,

I have completed the "Microsoft Ignite Data Analyst Challenge - 2021" and was expecting the voucher from Microsoft to take up DA-100 certification by Apr 7, 2021. 

But unfortunately I haven't received any confirmation mail after all the modules are completed(which I found out today) and the voucher either.

I had registered using  my work Id and completed all the modules but to receive notifications I had given my personal email id where I didn't receive any mails from Microsoft, now I have changed it my work id.

I have completed all the modules before Mar 30th 2021.

It will be great if you can help me on this.

If you have successfully completed an Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge but have not received your mail or it shows incomplete, please contact Microsoft Ignite CSC Help at IgniteCSCHelp@microsoft.com and provide the following information.

 

  • Your Learn User Name (you may retrieve this from your Learn profile, or copy and paste it from this link)

  • The email address at which you wish to receive your redemption instructions

  • A screenshot of your completed Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge Leaderboard (example below).

 

You will be added as an eligible customer and will receive your free exam redemption link within the following week.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question so we may continue in assisting you. This case will now be closed and locked.
