DID NOT RECEIVE CERTIFICATE IN EMAIL

Hello Reader,


I gave 2 exams :


  • Az-900

  • Az-104


and passed successfully but didn't receive certification email of any. Though, I can access my credentials via Microsoft Learn Credentials section, But would like to enquire whether no such emails are triggered after exams or There seems to be a problem with my account.


My Az-900 exam was given by a different account but that account got locked up so with the help of tech support community of Microsoft was able to transfer the credentials to my new personal Microsoft account.


Can anyone please help me with the notification or Acknowledgment mail For Both of my certifications ?

Based on your inquiry, we understand that your certifications are already contained in your Learn Profile, but you did not receive the email confirmations of your successful certifications obtention.

Any email notifications related to your exams or certifications are automatically sent by the system to the contact email address you have set on your Learn Profile, in the Manage email preferences section from your Learn Profile. Since you mentioned that you were previously assisted on an issue with one of your certifications being associated to a different account, it may be possible that you received notifications to such unexpected account.

In any case, we are unable to resend any email notifications, as these are automatically sent by the system. We recommend checking the contact email address you have currently set on your Learn Profile for future certifications, as well as making sure that in your mailbox rules, the notifications from Microsoft are not automatically moved to the junk/spam folder.

Dear Nicolás Niño,

I guess in my case the mail has not been triggered. I checked in the Mail Preference section of Microsoft Learn and the contact email mentioned in the Input box contains no such Mail Regarding the passing of the certification.

Kindly look into it. Need to have a mail too as one of the achievements from Microsoft.

You can also check any other emails that were associated to your certification during the time you were assisted in the duplicate account issue.

In any case, as mentioned previously, we cannot resend you any notification email because these notifications are automatically managed by the system. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
