Did not receive the Microsoft Account Verification Code while scheduling a exam

I am requested to verify my account, I inserted the correct e-mail address for the verification, I am then requested to insert the code that I will receive via e-mail. I got a code after 10 mints and it got expired till I entered. When I tried gain, I never got code. I tried using RESEND CODE option as well, Can anybody please help?

Our Support Team have confirmed that there's ongoing issue in receiving verification code in linking accounts and claiming discounts.


Furthermore, there are other candidates who reported that the issue is already fixed and they're receiving the verification code emails without any issues.


That being said, please try linking your registered email address again, claim the discount and let us know how it goes.
