Hi Rahul,

Using the information you shared thru your post, I was able to locate and verify your account.

I can confirm that you indeed passed exam MB-200 and is updated on your profile. For your reference, I have sent a copy of your transcript on a separate email.

MB-200 is only part of the exam requirement towards Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certificate.

To obtain the said certificates, you need first to complete all required exams as a requirement.

For example, to get Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate certification you need to pass exam MB-200 and MB-210. Please see image below for your reference:

After passing the last exam required for any certification, please allow 24-48 hours for the new certification status to be updated on your transcript.

In the meantime, you can download your transcript through Microsoft Certification Dashboard as a proof of exam completion.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
