Discount code for Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

Hello,

last week Monday the 22th of April, I attended the Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals course.

I read that 5 days later I would receive a voucher or discount code, but haven't. When I apply for the exam, no discount is present.

The mail address I used for the training registration is different then the one linked to this account. It also tried that mail address to no avail.

Can you look into this?

I appreciate you completing the Microsoft Virtual Training Days(MVTD) and I know how you wanted to claim the said discount to schedule an exam. Allow me to provide information regarding this event and to resolve your concern.

Since you mentioned that you attended the MVTD on April 22, 2024, you should receive a thank you email with the 50% discounted exam voucher code approximately 5 days after attending the event. I also recommend checking your spam/junk folder. If you still didn't receive the voucher code, please provide us with the requested information through Private Message that I initiated for us to review.

In addition, once you received the voucher code, it can be applied when scheduling an exam on the screen where you enter payment and billing information through the Add Voucher or Promo Code option as indicated on our public document Vouchers and redeeming discounts | Microsoft Learn. Please also be advised that you must schedule and take the certification exam within 90 days from the event date.
