Discounts not showing for Ignite Spring 2021 Cloud Skills Challenge

I am a MCT and participated in the Ignite Spring 2021 Cloud Skills Challenge. I have tried unsuccessfully to find the discount voucher. I can see my MCT discount but not the Ignite voucher.

Hello dwonder,

 

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft Community.

 

You should be eligible for a voucher less exam discount by linking the registered email address on your Certification Profile.

 

You should be able to claim your exam discount starting April 7 until June 30,2021 since you have attended the Ignite Challenge 2021.

 

Make sure that you have follow the steps through this link on how you may claim your exam discount and how you may link your email address.

 

If issue may arise, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

 

  1. Use a different browser in incognito/InPrivate (Chrome/Mozilla/Safari) and make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the browsers.

    For MS Edge browser, you can download the new browser here.

  2. Should the issue persist clear cache and cookies (steps here). Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.

  3. Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings.

 

If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the troubleshooting steps until the error message via private message along with the requested information so we may continue troubleshooting with you.

 

You may also adjust the limit of 25 screenshots as a default to a higher number of pictures to show the process. Please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.

In addition, please attach the actual copy of the email confirmation that you have attended the Event showing your email address on the recipient  field.
