Discrepancy in XP Points – Request for Clarification

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy I’ve noticed in my XP points. It appears that my XP score has recently decreased (kind of Reset), and I am unsure of the reason behind this change.

Could you please review my account and provide clarification on the cause of the reduction? If this was due to a system update or policy change, I would appreciate any relevant details.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and support.
