After reviewing, we can confirm that your inquiry is not an issue from Microsoft Certification Profile. Please note that we have limited access to the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative platform, as we provide support only for the Microsoft Certification platform (MSA).

We would recommend you to contact ESI Support Team by signing in using your work account for assistance. If you have issues accessing, please try the following options:

 

Please click this link and submit a ticket for immediate support.

 

While creating a ticket, please provide the following information below:

 

  • Training Date

  • Course Name

  • Registered Name and Email

  • Registration Link/URL

  • Region (US/UK/Canada/India, etc.)

In case you keep facing issues when logging in in to ESI, you could also send an email to techskillssupport@microsoft.com and request assistance as well.

 

Make sure to include all the details of the error you are seeing.

 

Bear in mind that you have reached the Microsoft Certification Program which only handles general inquiries about Exams and Certifications that are being taken from the Learning Site and queries about the Certification Profiles. Should you need further assistance please let us know.
