Does Exam 70-697 Configure Windows Devices have an analogue?

Hello!

How can I get the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certificate if I previously passed Exam 70-697, “Configuring Windows Devices,” but didn’t pass Exam 70-698, “Installing and Configuring Windows 10”?

I already know that Exam 70-697 “Configuring Windows Devices” is out of date, so I wonder how I can continue my studies from the same place.

Thanks!

Answer

Hello Filipp0vAP,

Please read the certification details from the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate page.

If you passed Exam 70-698 before it expired on March 31, 2019, you only need to take MD-101 to earn the Modern Desktop certification.

In this situation you will have to pass both MD-100 and MD-101 exam to receive the certification.
