MOS certifications do not have re-certification process. Once you have acquired the certification, this will remain active on your transcript until it retires.

Thank you for the feedback. In addition I noticed that on Microsoft learn , my profile shows a different MCID then the one I was sent via email from Microsoft when I passed the certification exam. Is there a way to update that. This may be the reason why I'm not able to view my certifications on learn.
