Don't see Azure AI-900 certificate

I have passed the Microsoft Azure AI-900 on*removed*, but I still don't see it updated on my profile so that I can share it.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you have passed the Exam AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, however your Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals is not visible on your Learn account. We will be happy to help you.

Note: With the changes implemented in our site on July 8th (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles or complete any processes (merging, migrations, etc.)

With this information provided, to locate your previously achieved Certifications, we advise following these steps using all the Microsoft accounts you may have associated with your Certification Profile in the past.

If you are still unable to find your certificate, we opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.

 We are looking forward to your information. Just a heads up, remember to only send your private information through private message, in order to protect your data.

If no response is received within two business days, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.

Thank you for confirming that you have passed the Exam AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals trough Certiport, we want to let you know that since the certifications were obtained with Certiport; to get your certificates it is necessary to access via Certiport system.

We understand how important it is to add the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals you got with Certiport reflected in your Learn account; however, we require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

If you don't have access to Certiport, it is necessary to contact Certiport so they can help you with the access to get your certificate:
