dowload certificate MS-720

I can't download my MS-720 certificate in PDF. Could you please help me to download it.

As we understand from your post, you have passed Exam MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer, but you have not received the corresponding Certification. We are happy to help!

Please note that Exam MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer does not grant a Certificate by itself, as it is only one of the requirements to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert Certification.

The requirements to achieve the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert Certification are:

You can see the requirements to earn a Certification by visiting the respective Certification page and scrolling down to where it says, "Certification details" as shown in the image below.

Since you have already passed Exam MS-720, the corresponding Certification will be available on your Learning dashboard within 48 hours after you achieve the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Certificate.
