Download certificate for previously given exam

Hi, I was working with Accenture in the year *** and earned a certificate for BCS ISEB certified business analyst. SInce I am no longer with accenture i am not able to access my certificate now.

can you please guide me how to get the certificate downloaded now.

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

As we understand, you need to recover your previous Certification profile to have access to your Certificate.

We have started a Private Message where we will request details regarding your account to complete the evaluation process. You can access this private message on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:

To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates.
