Pearson Vue | Exam Modification: DP 600 exam rescheduling issue

HI team , I was not able to attend today DP 600 exam through onvue due to onevue issue . so the instructor has asked me to reschedule the exam , but my voucher is ony valid till june 30 , but i am not able to find any slots . I need to take up this exam . the issue is due to on vue , suggest me the alternative

To help us locate your account and verify the status of your exam, we kindly ask that you share the requested details via private message. This will allow us to proceed with your case efficiently and ensure you receive timely assistance.

In the meantime, if you are an active ESI Learner (part of an organization affiliated with the Enterprise Skills Initiative) and utilized company discount to the exam, please contact the ESI support team directly for your rescheduling request. I've sent their contact details in a private message. Kindly use your work email address when creating a ticket with them. They typically respond within 3-5 business days.

Once contacted and you require additional support, please share the case ID with us so we can monitor the case on your behalf.

Please note that if you miss your exam, it will be marked as a “No Show,” and you will lose your fee. If you used a company voucher, it will be forfeited, and your company may be charged a no-show fee. The missed exam will be removed from your dashboard, and you’ll need to schedule a new registration, incurring the standard fee.
