I appreciate your interest in pursuing a DP-900 exam, and I understand that you’re seeking detailed guidance on how to proceed with this process. Allow me to furnish you with the essential information you need.
To ensure that registering your exam will go through, kindly follow the steps below:
Begin with the certification overview or browse all certifications page to find the exam you’d like to take, then click on the certification name.
Click the schedule exam on the exam details page, with your desired exam delivery provider.
You will be prompted to fill out some information such as address, phone number, and contact email before you are redirected to Pearson Vue. This information is only collected since Pearson Vue requires it and Microsoft never stores this information.
Kindly make sure that all the required fields (marked with an asterisk*) are correctly filled out and does not contain any special characters (!@#$%^&*()-+).
Follow the instructions to choose a location, date, time, and payment method for your exam.
For detailed reference, you may visit Register and schedule an exam | Microsoft Learn.
Meanwhile, in the event that you have encountered any error, please provide us with further information through the private message I initiated. Please ensure to send the details along with the step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) throughout the entire process (including the troubleshooting steps), starting from the sign-in page up until the last page that shows the error.
Once an exam is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation. Since you've mentioned that you haven't received such an email, please consider checking the Spam or Junk folder of your email as sometimes your email may mark messages from your test provider as malicious. You may also check your other email address (if any).
For immediate assistance is needed in scheduling your exam, you may reach out to your exam delivery provider and check options to register for your exam at your preferred time and date. Kindly refer to their contact information below:
Moreover, if in any case you are an ESI learner, you may also reach out to the ESI Support team. You may inform them of the situation that you have, as they have the ability to collaborate with your exam provider to check options and recommendations. Kindly refer to our private message for their contact details.
