Hello whenever I try to schedule my DP900 exam I cannot get past the first step "Certification Profile", as it give me an error saying 'The phone number you have provided is invalid, please provide a valid phone number and try again'. I have tried changing the extension code to different formats as well as tried using microsoft edge. If this problem could be fixed swiftly that would be great.

I am very much aware of the assistance you need as I know you are experiencing an error under the phone number section scheduling your DP-900 exam. I'm here to provide you with all the guidance you need to make the most of this opportunity.
Please be aware that the error message occurs when entering a phone number with invalid format.
To eliminate the error, please make sure that you will move the first three digits of your number to the area code if you don’t have one.
Meanwhile, if not, please note that the area code will be the first two (2) or three (3) digits of your phone number and the rest can be placed in the phone number field.
Please attempt filling your phone number fields by the first two - three digits of your phone number on the "area code".
For instance, if your number is 1234567890, you can fill in the phone number fields as +XXX (country code) - 123(area code) - 4567890 (rest of your number). Please see sample format below:
Phone number: (123) (4567890)
To ensure that this is not a browser-related issue, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox)
Clear browser cache and cookies
Allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings.
Ensure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk "*" are correctly filled and remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your information.
Kindly make sure to include the postal code in the address.
After trying the steps above, sign back into your Microsoft Certification profile and try scheduling an appointment again.
However, if the issue persists, please send us a complete step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) starting from the sign-in page up until you reach where the error occurs. Kindly upload the PSR file through the private message I initiated along with the necessary information to locate and verify your profile.
