Duplicate profile - ask for consolidation

Good day.

I have unlinked the empty profile, you may now link your preferred email to your main profile.

To do this, I have generated a new Access Code which you can use to associate your email to your Microsoft Certification profile.

To access your account, please follow the steps mentioned below:

·  Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

·  Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

·  Make sure that you are completely logged out of all of your accounts.

·  Click on this link  to go to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard..

·  Log in with your preferred (personal) mail address and the password associated to it that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification Profile.

·  Enter the MCID and Access Code provided to you via private message.
