I am facing the same kind of issue that i have email to partner support email and get the email that vouchers are on hold till 9th jan 2023.Can you please help when the issue will be addressed so that we cannot wait and leave that on support.
Issue is that i haven't received the event voucher on my profile and haven't get the response from couple of weeks from support email.
