Error 404 - Page not found when attempting to renew Teams certification.

I'm unable to launch the recertification exam for Teams.


Please resolve asap as deadline will be in 5 days.

As we understand from your post, you were having problems when trying to renew your Certificates.

We have received a response from our Specialized Team regarding this situation, and they reported that this was a known issue that has just been fixed.

 

Please try to access your profile again and confirm if you can access your assessment, we kindly suggest that you follow some basic troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge)

  • Clear cache and cookies.

  • Then go to Your Dashboard and please make sure it is connected to MS Learn

 

We would also suggest you access to your renewal using the Certification page and adding /renew at the end of the URL.

 

You can try the following workaround: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/name of the Certificate/renew/assessment?assessmentId={paste your id from the 404 link here}

 

Additionally fix it adding /credentials/ into the URL, between https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ and /certifications/....


Example: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/{rest_url_here}

 

Let us know if you can access to the renewal assessment using the link. In case that the issue persists, let us know so we can investigate further.
