Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check

I am getting this error for exam discount even after 5 business days of event concluded.

entering the same e-mail address used to register for the event "Microsoft Power Platform Virtual Training Day" on 18th march

"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"

Kindly help me to schedule the exam

Hi kanahaiya,

 

To try and resolve the ‘CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check’ error, we highly recommend that you check if a Microsoft Certification Profile (with your MCID) has been created under your name.

 

In the event that you haven’t created a certification profile yet, please follow the steps below to do so:

 

  1. Go to Microsoft.com/Learning.

  2. Click on 'Go to Certification Dashboard' (and make sure that there is no account signed in by checking the top right-hand corner of the page).

  3. Sign in using your Microsoft account/Personal Email and password.

  4. On Your Dashboard, click on 'Edit your certification profile'.

  5. Enter your current information. (Note: Make sure to enter all required information marked with a red asterisk '*' sign and remove all special characters as our system only accepts Roman characters).

  6. Click on Save to generate your MCID, and then click on Continue.

 

For your reference, you can watch this instructional video to help you through the steps on how to link and claim your Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day (MAVTD) exam.

 

If the issue persists, please send us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) which includes all the steps provided above (including your login to your dashboard) until your reach an error message (if any) for us to diagnose a solution to your concern.
