Hi Nitish,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
I understand that technical issues can arise unexpectedly, and I recognize how important it is for you to complete the assessment lab as scheduled. Allow me to provide you with information regarding this matter.
The majority of lab-related issues reported by candidate's stem from not following instructions accurately, performing incorrect steps, or encountering intermittent problems that we’re unable to reproduce. We recommend retrying the lab once your retake window becomes available. If the issue recurs, please report it again using the same process.
We are actively monitoring all reported concerns and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement, including refining lab instructions and email communications.
To support your success, we strongly encourage reviewing the learning path associated with the lab and carefully reading through all provided instructions and emails. As noted, the most common challenges arise when essential steps are missed, tasks are performed outside the virtual machine environment, or guidance is overlooked.
Please make sure that you review the Assessment Lab System Readiness requirements and take advantage of the Speed Test and Lab Orientation and Connectivity Check tools available on our FAQ page.
Should you retake the assessment, and issue persists, for us to have this forwarded to our Support Team and further investigate, kindly provide the needed information below:
