Have experienced this error 4 times, could it be cause I have had other previous addresses and email addresses with this name?

Tried this on 2 laptops on multiple browsers & tried disabling VPN for about 5 min, no success

Kindly be advised that the error you’ve encountered might be a result of recent updates to the Microsoft Learn platform. We’ve received similar reports from other learners experiencing issues while scheduling exams. However, our team has thoroughly investigated this matter and we’re pleased to confirm that the issue has been resolved. We’ve successfully replicated the process without encountering any problems. For your convenience, you can verify the status of this issue via the provided sticky post.

In addition to this, it’s important to ensure that your personal information, including your address, name, and phone number, does not contain any special characters or diacritics. The system is designed to recognize only the Roman alphabet. This could be another potential cause of scheduling errors. 

We recommend that you do not use diacritics in the address section, as this is one of the possible reasons why you are receiving the error message. Additionally, if you are located in Canada or the USA, it is best to input only your state's abbreviation instead of the full state name.


As per advised, Pearson VUE will be reaching out to the affected users but feel free to contact Pearson VUE directly should you require immediate assistance in scheduling your exam.

Moreover, if you are trying to utilize a company discount for your exam, for immediate assistance it is best to create a ticket directly with ESI Support Team through your work email address to report the incident and check options. As they are the experts in handling concerns raised by ESI learners. They typically respond within 3 to 5 business days.

For further assistance needed on our end after your interaction with the Support Team, kindly provide the ESI/Pearson VUE Case ID number to the private message along with the necessary information for us to follow up with them on your behalf.


Meanwhile, for further assistance and if issue persists, kindly provide us with the complete step-by-step screenshot using the
