As we mentioned in the Public Forum, in order to verify your MC Profile information, please share the following data:

Hello Eder,

 

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft Community.

 

We have been advised that one of the workaround for this issue is to make sure to remove the occurrence of any non-English letters and replace them with Roman alphabets on your profile (e.g. name, address). Signs and symbols should also be removed from your profile as another workaround for these cases.

Having said that, I have went over your profile and replaced the non-English letters/characters (like., \ ! @ # - ã  etc.). on your address information to try and resolve the case.

If you are still getting the same outcome, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) showing all the steps above until it shows the page that the discount did not apply and attach it via private message.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
