I am an ESI user who moved into another job a while ago. I tried logging into the ESI using my new work Email Address, this is the error I got:
"It's looks like you've tried to sign-in with email address xxxxxx@x**** which is not associated with your LxP account. Please sign-out and try to sign-in with email xxxxxxxxxx@xxx****. "
This is impossible because the email address listed was de-registered when I left my last job.
I tried contacting ESI support, but the entire website is buggy and does not work. After fighting the website for 20 minutes to stop showing me white screens I got to the support form. After filling in all of the details, the form refuses to let me submit it because the drop-down select field for "Courses" is empty. The problem is that this field has no values except for the default "Select an option". Being a programmer I tried putting a value into the field using HTML injection, this let me submit the form. However the ESI support ticket request fails with an HTTP status code of 401 (Unauthorized).
Also, regardless of how many different ways I tried to upload images into this post to try and illustrate my issues the form broke and refused the uploaded image.
I am in disbelief at how neglected this platform is.
Please contact ESI support on my behalf and relay this information to them.
