ESI | ticket creation: I am facing unexpected error while registering for exam

I am facing unexpected error page error after submitting for exam,


This is been happening for a while, even tried to register an esi ticket as suggested which is also I am not able to submit because of some issue.

I know how crucial it is for you to register for your exam as you experienced an error and have issues creating a ticket with the ESI support. Allow me to provide guidance to navigate this situation effectively.

Upon checking your profile, my colleague, Earvin has verified that you are an ESI learner from your previous thread and since you are still having an issue when scheduling your exam as well as when creating a ticket with the ESI support team. Please share a PSR recording using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) while trying to create a ticket with on the ESI portal.

If the issue persists, please share the PSR recording and kindly verify if the information provided on the private message, I initiated is still accurate and otherwise, please provide updated details. To access the private message, please click the message icon under the "Question Info" as shown in the image below:

Kindly continue communicating with the ESI team by responding to the email sent by the ESI specialist assigned to your case as I trust that they will do their best to assist you with utmost diligence.

Since you have an open case with the ESI support team, we will proceed in closing and locking this case.
