Exam 70-143 Technical Difficulties Caused Exam to be revoked

Hi there,

I have an urgent emergeny. I took the C# programming exam on the 28th of January. I had completed all questions in the online test in time until my PC died. When I resumed the exam it said I had 40/58 questions done. The time ran out and I could not sumbit my exam because I would be grade inaccurately. The testing centre has opened a case against this but they are taking a while to respond. My main concern is that Microsoft will be discontinuing these exams on the 31st of January (tomorrow) and I am still waiting for an outcome from Pearson.

Please help me.

If your exam 70-143 was taken thru Pearson VUE or PSI, please follow the exam item challenge process below:

1. Review our criteria for accepting and not accepting an exam item challenge.

2. Complete and submit the exam item challenge form.

3. The Microsoft Certification team will review your submission for completeness.

a)       If incomplete, you will be asked to provide more information.

b)      If complete, the Microsoft Certification team will review. A review takes approximately two weeks.

4.Once the review is complete your will be notified of the outcome.
