Exam Certificate issue

Here at Microsoft Community, we hope this message finds you well.

After verifying the information you kindly provided, we found you approved the MD-100 Exam and do not see the Certification in Your Dashboard past the estimated time frame.  

Please keep in mind that the Exam is one of the two conditions to be certified as a Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

The required exams for this Certification are the following:

• Exam MD-100: Windows 10

• Exam MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops

The passed exams will be listed in your Transcript and are eligible to be displayed as Microsoft Badges, the Microsoft Certified: “Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate” Certification will be received once all exams and prerequisites are completed.

You can review your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

On the other hand, we proceeded to send you the Transcript to the Email account linked to your MCID.

Please keep in mind that for you to be able to obtain your score card you need to contact our partner Exam provider Pearson VUE for you to do so.
