exam cost credit

I registered for the AZ-900 Azure exam with Pearson VUE for Friday **removed**. I checked in 30 minutes prior to the 8am PT exam and then had to take my daughter to school and was back in 20 minutes which was 10 minutes prior to exam start. When I got back to my PC they said I left the exam area and that is a violation and they cancelled my exam. I went to Pearson support and told them this and they said a supervisor will reply. I only asked to not have to pay the $99 again for a new test since I didn't get to take it. Pearson supervisor emailed me that I have to pay again the $99 but I could ask Microsoft to credit that so this is why I am writing.
