Exam Discount Expiring within only 26 days of receiving it

So i attended the virtual training day on the 2nd and 3rd of the 6th and received my discount shortly after,

However when looking at the discount it expires in less than 26 days despite just getting it and being told it lasts 90 days

I understand that you completed the event last June 02, 03 and seeing that the coupon is only valid until June 30, 2022. It will be my pleasure to further explain this to you.  

Indeed, the discount obtained from attending the Microsoft Virtual Training Day event is valid 90 days from the date that you completed the event.  

Currently, there is an ongoing issue on the Dashboard wherein the discount validity shows only until June 30, 2022. Know that it is already being fixed by our Engineering department. Your discount will still be valid for 90 days from the last MAVTD event date. With this, kindly disregard the expiration date you are seeing in the dashboard as the system will acknowledge its correct timeframe.   

You may also try to schedule your exam for your preferred date (beyond June) to identify if the discount will be reflected. In the unlikely event that there is an error, please send us a complete steps by steps recordings using this PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) start from the sign in page and make sure to use an InPrivate edge browser until you encounter any issue. 

Also, please secure your personal information via private message so we can locate your account along with the discount details requested below so we can have this case escalated if needed:

  • Actual copy of Completion Email (wherein the recipient emails “from and to” is showing):
