Exam Discount not showing -eight days since attending Microsoft Power Platform Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals

Hi,

My exam discount initially appeared after attending the Microsoft Power Platform Virtual Training Day on 4/12/2021, however it is no longer appearing.  There was a change to my profile to switch to my new employer and that may have affected it.  I registered for the course using my Microsoft personal account, but provided my new employer's email address as the Business account. 

Can someone please look into this? I will be happy to provide email addresses, email copies when this switches to a private session.
