Exam discount

Hello team, my organization is providing 100% discount on Pl300 exam fee. I scheduled exam on 6th march 9.45 pm. But unfortunately the selected language was Chinese. So I tried to change exam language. So searched in google and a microsoft agent advised that for changing the language we have to cancel the exam and re register it. Then I cancelled the exam prior to the 24hrs. But now it is showing 50% discount during regestration. Please help me get 100% discount by considering this case as an exception. Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible

Enterprise Skills Initiative have changed Certification Exam Policy starting March 1, 2023. As Microsoft often reviews its programs and policies, based on a review, Microsoft made the decision to no longer offer free Microsoft Certification exams for ESI.

Under the new exam payment structure, candidates will be charged a cost upon registering for the exam that is equal to 50% of the exam provider's current pricing and the other 50% would be discounted as part of the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative benefits. Each exam may cost differently depending on the country or location.

Based on the new exam policy for ESI learners, effective March 1, 2023, the provider of Microsoft Certification exams will
charge you a fee upon exam registration equal to 50 percent of the exam provider’s applicable price for non-ESI test-takers. Moreover, as part of the process cancellation or rescheduling will result in the new policy taking effect. 
 
With this, I highly recommend contacting the ESI support team directly as they are the ones who handle discounts obtained through your organization. You may contact the ESI Support team through the link below and please use your work email address when creating a ticket from them:
