Exam freezes up when OnVue starts

mmmmmpsi's #3 almost perfectly describes my experience.  The "system test" runs just fine.  In fact I ran it 5 times (as mmmmmpsi says testing is stressfull)  but still OnVue freezes up when the actual test is supposed to begin.  It took about 15 minutes for it to get to the legal agreement.  At at time my mouse was so slow it took another 3 minutes to get to the Yes/No control.  Once there, the control wouldn't accept a click.  The chat/proctor person had me restart.  The same thing happened.  Then the system said "your time is up" you have failed the test.  QUITE frustrating.  The proctor said I'd get a case number for their team to contact me within 3 days.   On the third day I got an email (NO REPLY.... Errrrr) with a voucher number to re-take the test.  No explanation of what happened.  No evidence that it won't happen again.  So, I've rescheduled and ran the system test.  That worked fine.  However, when I run the sample test, it freezes up when OnVue starts.  

PLEASE figure this out.  PLEASE.  Please.

For technical issue encountered during exam delivery / online proctored exam, the exam proctor will help  you try to resolve this.

If needed, the proctor will provide an incident report number to reference when following up with the Pearson VUE Customer Support. You may also contact them directly using their support link below:

Hi Kim,

Thanks for the response.  However, it was not helpful.  This is exactly what the Pearson support person told me on chat last Saturday.  I explained that my computer meets all requirements stated by Pearson.  The system test however fails.  Onvue freezes up when trying to present the test question.   They did not attempt to troubleshoot my problem.  The Pearson support person insisted that it won't be a problem and to re-schedule the test with the voucher given. 

I have rescheduled the test but am rightfully concerned that the problem will occur again since nothing was done to correct why it happened the first time.

For others who may be reading this stream... 

KimYuri_29 must be a bot, a non english reader or an incompetent person.

I rescheduled the test for tomorrow and will reply what happened.  I hope I resolved this myself (with no help fro Pearson or Microsoft).  I have a Dell XPS and am hoping that the problem is the Dell SmartByte software which is intended for dell Inspiron computers (not Del  XPS).  I uninstalled it and the Pearson System Test works better.  I'm hoping the test will run smoothly tomorrow.  Here is a link to smartbyte issues.

Don't expect help on this issue from Microsoft or Pearson.

Having the described issue is the least that Microsoft wants our candidates to experience in taking a certification exam.

As pointed out in the About online exams page on the Learning Site:
