Hello,
I had exam MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer in English language scheduled on **Date Removed**.
Prior to start time of exam I Run the system check and downloaded and run the OnVUE-22.48.21 application and it passed all the tests.
But on the exam day when I clicked on "Go to the exam" and downloaded again the OnVUE application and run the application it continued to through internet speed error. Whereas my internet speed was 461.2Mbps download speed and 43.6Mbps upload speeed, that I checked immediatley through other online speed test websites. I reported the issue immediatley through email and throgh chat window to PearsonVUE support team. Now for almost one complete week I am following almost on daily basis by phone and email with "American Support Team" of Pearson VUE without any positive update except that they let put me on hold on phone for more then half an hour on every call and will get back to you that we are working on it and we shall get back to you as soon as we can. Latest email that I got today says "please allow us some time, and we will get back to you with an update." Is there any time frame or standard that they should provide me solutin to reschedule my exam and re-appear in exam. I request Microsoft intervention to expedite the process. Thanks in advance for your support and cooperation in this regard.
