Hi matej,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I appreciate you completing the MS-102 and I understand you wanted to retake the exam. Let me provide additional information of the beta exams.

Since you mentioned that "taken" status appears when you tried to retake the exam, it's because the MS-102 still in beta period. Please be advised that the Beta exam results may take up to 14 weeks to receive from the start of beta period and after finalizing the results and evaluating feedback given during the exam. Please note that the beta exam process and the time it takes to receive your results may vary since the scoring model for the exam is not yet finalized.

While the failed status appears on your portal, it is truly ungraded in the system. Once the exams are rescored when they go live, grades will be updated. Until then, you can continue to share the transcript and that will not show MS-102.

If you're unable to meet the passing score, you will be able to retake once the exam goes live at regular cost or you can apply the 25% discount if you were part of the beta test-takers who took advantage the 80% discount.

I also suggest checking the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator (beta) - Certifications from time to time for the release updates. Once the beta exam goes live, you will receive your actual score after 10 days.

I hope this helps and let me know if further assistance needed.
