Participants who attended a Microsoft Event after July 13, 2020 onwards are entitled for a voucherless discount. Please note that it can take 5 business days after the event has concluded before you can use your exam discount.

Learners who faced issue in redeeming the discount/voucher may follow the steps below:
Sign-out from the browser
Clear cache and Delete cookies. Restart your browser session
Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or try on a different browser
Allow all third party cookies through the browser settings
If you are using a work computer, you may try personal machine to ensure that there will be no restriction
In the event that you are still unable to proceed, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you have signed in until it shows messaging or the static screen and attach it via private message along with the information needed to verify your profile. Also attach the full confirmation email you have received for attending the event.
