Exam passed but certificate not received

I have taken AI 900 yesterday through pearsonvue. My account is linked with ***Removed***.I cleared the exam, but did not receive any email nor i can see it in micrisoft learn. Can anyone tell me how can i proceed further to get the credential?

As we understand from your post, you have passed Exam AI-900, but the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Certification is missing from your Learning dashboard. We are happy to help!

 

Typically, it takes 24-48 hours for your certification to appear in your Microsoft Learn profile after you’ve passed an exam. Also, with the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address or email used to access their Learn profiles.

 

If you remember any other emails that may have been used to start / complete exam registrations in the past, we suggest using those emails to access MS Learn and check if your information is visible.

See below some tips to retrieve other unexpected emails:

 

  • Check your browser navigation history and your saved passwords

  • Check all possible emails.

  • Go to Learning dashboard and click on "Credentials".

 

We have started a Private Message where we will request details regarding your account to complete an evaluation process. To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates.

I was able to lovate the cred details after loging in with my office email id. I am good for now. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply and I'm glad to know you could locate the certification in office account. Thus, I would also recommend you may link your office account to your personal account in the Account Management section by visiting Microsoft Learn, and choose 'Setting'.

You can have up to five school or work accounts and only one personal account linked to your Microsoft Learn profile.
