Exam passed but still showing “in progress”

Hi,

I took my MS 100 exam on **removed** at home. Completed all check-in ok, spoke with the invigilator, all went well, she started the exam for me, I completed the exam, got the congratulatory message because I passed 817/1000, the invigilator came back on and congratulated me and ended the exam. However, here I am 48 hours later and I don’t have a score report nor a certificate and my exam is still showing “in progress”. I’ve been in touch with Pearson Vue and customer service gave me an e-mail to send the info to which I did yesterday at 09:30 and still I have heard nothing back.

I suffer from anxiety issues and it took me almost a year to bring myself to do this exam and now I am left suffering from stress because Pearson Vue cannot explain to me what’s went wrong and how they are going to fix it. Surely Microsoft as the awarding body need to help me here?

Thanks,

Stephen

Hello Stephen,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have yet to receive your score report and other certification benefits.

Appreciate you also for your effort in contacting Pearson VUE to resolve the issue thus, have not heard back from them. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Allow me to provide additional information about obtaining your exam results.

Please be advised that you should be receiving your score report 24 hours after taking your exam. Since you mentioned that your exam status still shows "In Progress", allow me to forward your case to our Support team so they can coordinate with Pearson VUE directly.

To do this, please provide us with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach your exam history/status section in the Pearson VUE portal along with the requested details in the private message I initiated by clicking the image as shown below.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
